All right, so I haven't updated in a while. Bad bad me. I've been quasi-busy, that's why! I've also had to seek out a release for any frustrations incurred due to my residential situation, as of late. Yes, there's a few things I can do when life goes awry, just so I don't go ballistic needlessly on those around me. ^^;;; When I find myself screaming at the family, I tend to announce that I "will not be bothered for an hour" and sit in front of the comp, playing flash games. I can't seem to read when stressed, so I might as well have my brain minutely entertained, somehow...
Naked Vegetables!
My favorite so far, is the game Playing God. I have discovered, that being a wrathful god-diva is a good thing, especially when multiple bolts of divine lightening can keep your victims airborne. To make it more interesting, sometimes I try to avoid hitting the moo-moo's. o_O;;; Then there is the mindnumbing bliss that is Pong. I suck at this game, but I keep coming back to it. The binging sound the ball makes is enough to keep the yelling from other parts of the house down to a mere squeak. Then again, I don't hear very well, so I have the speakers turned up really loud... *sweatdrops*
I also like playing the Ant City game. It's like another version of the Playing God game, except with cute newspaper articles. ^_^ Aim for the truck, and enjoy! My all time favorite site for little flash games (most addictive is "Pocket Full of Stars"), is the Orisinal site. When I get bored of star-catching, I go play the "3 monkeys" game. So much ducking for cover? All I can say is, poor poor monkeys. Anyway, there was one more flash game that had me laughing due to the pure "rat pack, lounge lizard" tone of it, but I've lost the link. *sighs* I also lost the link that a certain Miss T gave me, for bunny pestering. By the time I was finished with that game, I could have qualified for an animal cruelty lawsuit, me thinks? Oh well, I was really annoyed that day and pestering the bunny helped, amongst talking with some people...which always makes me feel a lot better.
Other than the games, I try to find random wierd sites. Just stuff to get my mind off of things, other than the usual places I frequent online. ^_^ While I shy away from politics in general, Cheese Around The World is a interesting little place. Where else can one find "the tribute to grilled cheese" and the "random dose of Tao"? And heck, I like the purdy March Flowers pictures that are up in the gallery. Makes me wish I was there, with a lot of allergy medication readily at hand. *sneezes* 365 days of Pizza is supposedly one college student's efforts to eat pizza every day for a year. They've done it so far, it seems, but then again...I haven't gone through the "pizza log" all the way yet... o_ô
Finally, I'll leave off with a few other wierd sites, just as public service to anyone who needs a laugh. ^^;;; Enjoy, although I really put these up for a selfish reason...so I wouldn't forget where they were! P.S. - some of the titles are more explanatory than any descriptions I can possibly give...
